About Me
My Story
I found a regular yoga practice in 2016 while working through traumatic stress. Through yoga, I found new ways to quiet my mind, manage anxiety & stress, and self-care. While I enjoy the physical benefits from yoga, I turn to my mat to calm the mind and turn inward.
I received my 200 hour teacher training 2019 and have been teaching since obtaining certification. I provide space for students to focus on their breath and alignment as they flow through class while inviting them to honor their body at all times.

In February of 2020, I became a certified vibrational sound therapy practitioner which allows me to offer bodywork using therapy bowls which are played on the body. Due to limitations during the pandemic, I began offering Sound Bath Meditations which has allowed me to offer sound and vibration to others while practicing social distancing.

In October of 2021, I began my journey into trauma informed yoga. While I finished my certification in May 2022 through the She Recovers Foundation, I've been incorporating the trauma informed principles into my offerings since completing the training in October of 2021.
