Sound Bath Meditation
 

Group or Private Sessions

Fall into a state of deep relaxation while opening up the body's natural healing pathways.  Surrendering to the sounds will assist in releasing blockages and creating a profound sense of peace.  You will leave feeling lighter, more in balance, and rejuvenated.

Vibrational Sound Therapy

Private Therapy Sessions

This is a relaxation technique that use a subtle vibration and sound instrument (bowls) rung directly on the body or in some cases, around the body.  The gentle sounds and vibrations help to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to relax you.

Far Infrared Sauna
 

Private Sessions

While you soak in far infrared heat, your core body temperature slowly rises and blood vessels dilate, increasing blood flow.  You will leave feeling lighter and more in balance.  Soak while in silent or sound bath meditation.

For 13 weeks, you’ll take on functional training to help you gain muscle, drop body fat, and achieve results you’ve never experienced before.  The workouts are 6 days a week for 45 minutes a day.
